Warranty periods for purchased items range from 1 to 5 years from the date of shipment.
For items to be covered under warranty, they must be used correctly according to the provided instructions and not damaged by external factors or misuse.
In case of product defects, customers need to inform us through our hotline or chat with our sales staff during product usage. We commit to promptly warranty and maintain products for our customers.
Any additional costs incurred will be negotiated and resolved between 9Yacht and the manufacturer, refunded via bank transfer or cash in the event of incorrect, faulty, or damaged products or parts.
(1) Incorrect Products
– Both parties negotiate specific details, and the deadline for exchanging sold items is within 30 days from the date of receipt. Items for exchange must be 100% new, unused, and intact. Exchanging used items is not permitted.
(2) Order Cancellation
– Please inform 9Yacht via phone at 0931115110, and we will cancel the order for you.
– Alternatively, customers can log in to the 9yacht.vn website to cancel orders placed through the website.
(3) Negotiation for Dissatisfaction
If customers are dissatisfied with received products due to defects, they should notify 9Yacht within 7 days of receiving the product through hotline, email, or chat with sales staff. We commit to negotiating with the manufacturer and proposing appropriate costs.
Returned items must be in their original condition upon receipt. Please contact our customer service department before requesting negotiations, as we need to arrange working with the manufacturer and provide detailed warranty information.
Warranty Conditions

Step 1: Register for replacement parts or maintenance:

Step 2: Send the defective product or part back to the Company:
After 9Yacht confirms the request within one day, please return the product or request for a technician to pick it up.
– Within 7 days from the confirmed date for exchanges/returns for customers in Ho Chi Minh City.
– Within 15 days from the confirmed date for exchanges/returns for customers in other provinces.
Step 3: Handling of defective products:
Customers can handle defective products as follows:

– For customers in other provinces: please clearly specify the product needing warranty and provide your purchasing information (Full Name, Phone Number, Email).
– You can visit the 9Yacht Co., Ltd. office.
Before sending, please call the hotline at 0931115110 to notify us of the defective product. After receiving and reviewing the product, if it is indeed a manufacturer’s defect, the company will work with the manufacturer without charging any additional shipping fees.
Upon receiving the information sent by customers, we will verify and respond to customers via the provided contact information (Phone number, Email).
