Delivery within 5 days in Ho Chi Minh City downtown area (District 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, Binh Thanh, Thu Duc, Phu Nhuan, Tan Binh, Tan Phu). For suburban areas and other provinces nationwide, delivery time ranges from 7-10 days.
We will rely on the information provided by customers in the purchasing section to execute deliveries. Order information includes: Full Name, Phone Number (mobile), Email Address, Shipping Address.

Upon receiving the delivery, customers should:
Check if the received product matches the ordered one.
Check if the product packaging is damaged during transit.
If unsatisfied, customers can request the delivery team or staff to confirm and return the product.
9Yacht will not be responsible for resolving complaints regarding missing items or incorrect deliveries after customers have signed and made payments.
Within 3 days, customers can exchange or return products under the conditions specified in 9yacht.vn/warranty-policy/
Order purchase and delivery in other provinces
9Yacht ships products through courier services and ensures 100% intact and new products.
If dissatisfied with the delivered goods, customers can return them in their original condition.
Within 3 days, if dissatisfied with the product, customers can call the hotline for inquiries.

Note: Orders will be automatically canceled if:
9Yacht staff cannot contact the customer at the time of delivery (maximum of 2 calls and by 9:00 am and 2:00 pm after the order placement).

Every morning from Monday to Saturday, 9Yacht conducts delivery trips to customers in Ho Chi Minh City. If customers make transfers on the previous day, the order will be shipped the next morning, and the product receiving time will also start from this moment.
